Sky+
We have just finished watching the last series of Torchwood, and it made me realise what a great ‘invention’ Sky+ is!!! I know that Torchwood finished ages ago, but we use Sky+ to record the whole series of things like Torchwood, Dr Who, 24, Rescue Me, New Tricks etc and then we tend to have a ‘binge’ on viewing them. Thinking About Overseas Property Investment Opportunities
Thinking About Overseas Property Investment Opportunities Posted Russell J. Joyce in Real Estate No Comments by Russell J. Joyce Purchasing property is usually the biggest single outlay of finance that anybody makes, but most of us are willing to do this since one is almost guaranteed to make a return on the initial investment. Whilst house prices fluctuate and there can be dark times when prices slump, over the longer term property prices almost always increase and investment is assured.

Spirit de Mar - Rumour & Gossip
Over the last couple of days the subject of what is happening with the Spirit de Mar (old hotels) development has kept cropping up. First a fact - having run past it a couple of times this week it is true that they have removed all the scaffolding and safety nets from the site and no work is going on at all. Second - there is a rumour going round that they have tried to take all the sold properties and move everybody into one block so that they can fill an initial block. That sort of makes sense

Oliver and Hickey’s Holiday
As I am sure you are aware we have had my niece (Laura) and her friend (Hickey) staying with us last week. It was interesting for Chris and I as we are sin children, so having two 19 year olds under the roof was different - I think Chris is relieved to get his bathroom back and some peace and quiet!! I don’t see Laura that often so it was good to have time with her, although to be fair we didn’t see that much of them as it was their holiday and they wanted to be out and about on their own.

Investing In Javea Villas
Investing In Javea Villas by Stewart M. Russell If you are thinking of buying a genuine Spanish villa, the best place in lovely Spain is Javea. While Spain promotes prime property in many locations, knowing the exact location for the best property deals will let you save both money and time. Buying Javea Villas
by Stewart M. Russell Javea is undoubtedly the best place to buy that authentic Spanish villa you’ve been thinking about investing in. Javea Real Estate: Villas, Apartments & Resorts
by Russell M. Hughes Among the most practical investments available to us, real estate takes a very high place. Investing in the right location at the right time always brings you a good profit, because of the gradual appreciation and demand for it. Most people first consider investing in domestic property, with good reason, because they prefer something close to home. But, in many cases, investing in real estate overseas is a more lucrative option, though it might seem rather unconventional.
